MEETING WITH A PROFESSIONAL
A specialist will come and take a look at the project. They will then explain and elaborate the steps on how we proceed with our jobs and answer any questions you may have. You will be shown a sample of the product which interest you as well as given a written quote on site, or it could be emailed to you if you prefer so.
REVIEWING YOUR ESTIMATE
If you choose to hire us, we will discuss the starting date and finishing date, and start requesting any city gas/electrical lines to be marked if job requires us to, that way we can ensure the work is delivered in a timely manner.
PROCEEDING WITH THE JOB
While you’re at work, our team will be working hard. You will be given an update day by day of the progress and you will come home to a clean job site after every day of work.
DELIVERING AS PROMISED
Once the job is completed, will will walk around with you and promptly show you the work we have completed on your yard. You’ll be given a 5 years warranty on installation. Your satisfaction is ensured before we leave.
